HIGHGEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED WITHIN THE U.S.
HIGHGEAR USA, Inc. only distributes its products through its worldwide network of authorized Highgear distributors and dealers. Only products purchased directly from an authorized Highgear dealer are eligible for warranty or service program coverage. You must provide a copy of your proof of purchase (from an authorized dealer) in order to exercise this warranty. HIGHGEAR USA hereby warrants, for a period of two years from the date of purchase, all altimeters, sport timing, heart rate monitors, and one year for all compasses, pedometers, and accessories. HIGHGEAR USA does not warranty damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or service performed by anyone other than HIGHGEAR USA or an authorized repair center. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO BATTERIES, WATCH BANDS, OR COSMETIC ISSUES. Repair or replacement of any part deemed necessary under this warranty shall be at the sole discretion of Highgear. Return international shipping for a product purchased within the U.S. will be paid by the purchaser. Any and all repairs, not covered under the terms of this warranty, will be made at the owner's expense. This warranty is non-transferable and only applicable to the original purchaser.
